Check-in was swift. my room had fresh bedding, and i found ample fresh towels in the bathroom (such a relief!). the modern decor really impressed me. the free parking was also a huge bonus. I really appreciated that.

i noticed a very slight stain on the carpet in a corner of my room, but honestly, it barely registered.

the staff were friendly. they helped me with directions and gave me some useful tips (like where to find the best coffee nearby!). the service was available any time.

Breakfast included decent quality bacon and sausage. This exceeded my expectations. there was a huge morrisons supermarket just next door. I found this feature practical for all my needs.

The room was modern and clean. It had everything I needed. Breakfast was well laid out with clear options. Staff were helpful, especially one at the desk who showed me how the door worked so I could get food.

I was allocated a disabled access room even though I booked a double room. There was a night light I could not turn off. This affected my sleep.
